Finally our project moves forward. Scheduled for Wednesday is the arrival of the steel plates to allow the crane to enter through the rear of the property and over the foundation trenches for the garage. Also the staging area for the subfloor pallates has change to a different location. A clear passage must be available for the crane to enter to the center of the job site, now the way is obstructed by pallates of 4x8 subfloor sheets. Banks Welding (Steel Fabricator and Erector)  is scheduled for Friday morning. We have decided to allow the site to dry as much as it is possible the next few days; It is unsafe to work on existing conditions.
