What a wonderful week. Many things got done; Grade Beam Cages and Steel Erected. For this coming week: Formwork completed by Tuesday, on Wednesday Inspections by LADBS and Structural Engineer, Thursday we will allow bottom of trench to dry since it might rain today and tomorrow, and Friday Concrete will be poured into place. The framing for the first floor will be delivered the week after next; Monday March 2nd. First floor lumber has been ordered and waiting at Lumber yard for weeks now. Also, Banks Welding will come and weld all moment frames and cantilevers into place.
