It has been a week of fine adjustments. Entire First Floor Structural Sheathing on interior and exterior walls is built. All First Floor is framed (exterior and interior walls). Second Floor Floor joists @ 24 O.C. 16" deep TJI's are in place at the Upper floor area _Master Quarters and Lower Quarters. All Second Floor Interior Joists, Rims, and Misc. will be completed within the next three days. the Second Floor Exterior - master Balcony and Roof Deck will follow and is expected to be completed by next week. All Second Floor interior (Warmboard) and exterior - (Plywood Deck) Floor Sheathing will be done by next week.
